Portable Units

TEMPEST - Tempest 50 is the fast and economical way to measure the composition of boiler flue emissions. Tempest 50 measures Carbon Monoxide, Oxygen, calculated Carbon Dioxide, boiler CO/CO2 ratio, efficiency reading, temperature, and pressures with an optional Nitric Oxide sensor.

Tempest 100 is one of the most powerful portable combustion analysers that you can buy. Tempest 100 also measures Nitric Oxide and calculates Nitrous Oxides with optional NO2, SO2, H2S, HCl, and high capacity (100,000 ppm) Carbon Monoxide sensors. By choosing up to six out of a choice of seven gas sensors, Tempest 100 can be configured to meet specific monitoring requirements. The combination of multigas emission analysis, differential pressure and temperature measurement reduces service costs and ensures the safe operation of appliances. Data logging can be enabled for remote analysis of emissions, with user configurable time periods. Both the Tempest 50 & Tempest 100 are rugged, portable, reliable and flexible.

  

Wall Mounted Units

OPTIMISER - The Optimiser is a wall mounted flue gas analyzer that can monitor stack emissions for efficient combustion of either Natural Gas, Coke, Propane, Butane, Light Oil, or Heavy Oil. A specialized Zirconia Oxygen sensor probe & a high Temperature probe continuously monitor the Oxygen and Temperature levels. Carbon Dioxide and CO2 Efficiency are calculated from the readings. Units come with industry standard 4-20 mA outputs and RS232 link. There is little maintenance required.
